With multiple restaurants in Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill, as well as throughout North Carolina, Giorgios Hospitality Group adds Tomi Sushi its portfolio.
Owned by Giorgios Bakatsias, Tomi Sushi is located in the East End Market development, off East Whitaker Mill Road between Wake Forest Road and Atlantic Avenue. Tomi Sushi’s menu
In an Instagram post announcing the opening, Tomi Sushi describes itself as a place “where tradition meets artistry and every roll tells a story.”
Its online menu includes a selection of signature rolls, such as a hamachi roll made with shrimp tempura, avocado and spicy tuna yuzu and topped with hamachi, and a rainbow roll, which has shrimp tempura, spicy yuzu tuna, cucumber, assorted fish and avocado.
There are also traditional rolls, including a California roll and a gluten-free spicy trout roll.
