Wegmans Food Markets is recalling several products containing a specific kind of cheese that may cause a health risk.

The cheese, Wegmans-brand Medium Camembert Soft Ripened Cheese, may be contaminated with an organism that can cause serious or fatal infections in young children, elderly or frail people and those with weakened immune systems, according to the recall notice.

Healthy individuals may only experience short-term symptoms such as high fever, severe headache, stiffness, nausea, abdominal pain and diarrhea with a Listeria monocytogenes infection. However, the infection can cause miscarriages and stillbirths.

No illnesses associated with the recall have been reported, as of publication.
