A jewelry brand that’s expanding in North Carolina has signed a lease for a second store in the Triangle.

Gorjana, based in California, is opening a new location in Raleigh’s North Hills development.

This will be the brand’s third store in North Carolina, after locations at The Streets at Southpoint mall in Durham and SouthPark in Charlotte opened earlier this year.

An opening date has not been announced for the North Hills store, which will be located in the Main District next to True Food Kitchen.

Founded in Laguna Beach in 2004, Gorjana is known for its layerable, mix-and-match gold jewelry featuring gems such as diamonds, opals and sapphires.

“We are thrilled to welcome Gorjana to North Hills,” Stacey Buescher, managing director of operations at Kane Realty, said in a news release. “Their focus on creating a personal, welcoming shopping experience aligns beautifully with our goal of making North Hills a destination where people love to spend time.”

Gorjana will join the jewelry stores Bofemme, Fink’s Jewelers and Kendra Scott at North Hills.

Local favorite Standard Beer + Food’s North Hills Innovation District location has been under construction for months, but fans must continue to wait to experience the 5,600-square-foot indoor space and 15,000-square-foot patio.
