Durham police think this man knows something about a killing. Have you seen him?
Police released photos Thursday in hopes of identifying a man they say left the scene of a fatal shooting in Durham.
The man may have information about the March 7 death of Gregory Christopher Shaw Jr., 22, of Durham, according to a Police Department news release. Shaw was in an argument in the 900 block of Fayetteville Street when he was shot and died, The News & Observer previously reported.
Investigators say the man in the photos was riding in the passenger seat of a gold Ford Explorer, and they also hope to identify the person who was in the car’s back seat.
Roland Richardson, 34, of Durham, was charged with murder in connection with the shooting, according to police.
Police ask anyone with information to contact investigators at 919-560-4440, ext. 29341 or CrimeStoppers at 919-683-1200
