Colossal ranch listed for $36.7 million offers ‘infinite opportunities’ in Texas
A ginormous piece of undeveloped land north of Austin, Texas, has landed on the real estate market for a staggering $36.7 million.
The Pecan Ranch, a 1,469-acre “hidden gem” that’s been owned by the same family for decades, is a source for “infinite opportunities” thanks to its proximity to the Austin city limits.
“(The ranch) offers a unique opportunity to purchase a large piece of land in one of the fastest-growing counties and communities in the nation,” broker Louie Swope said in a news release.
“With the national influx of companies such as Tesla and Samsung moving to the North and East outskirts of Austin, the surrounding counties have experienced tremendous growth. I envision this 1,469-acre property would make for a great location for a master-planned community or development of some sort.”
The ranch is a sight to behold with its rolling terrain and wildlife that consists of coyotes, bobcats, turkeys, wild hogs and more.
A portion of the ranch has around 2,500 feet of road frontage on both sides of Country Road 232.
According to Mansion Global, Texas land has been in high demand and has surged in the recent years with people from all over “rushing to snap up everything from barren tracts to verdant Hill Country homesites.”
The listing is held by West and Swope partners Mitch West and Louie Swope along with associate Mason Trull.
