Traveler bets $1.25 on slot machine — and wins big jackpot at Las Vegas airport

A lucky traveler walked away from a Las Vegas airport with a big jackpot prize.

The gambler sat at a “Wheel of Fortune” Triple Double Emeralds slot machine Sept. 3 at the Harry Reid International Airport, the International Game Technology said in a Facebook post.

The person bet $1.25, hit spin and watched as the symbols flashed across the screen until a jackpot message appeared.

The player, who was in Terminal 1, won the $348,507.71 jackpot.

Dozens of people commented on the Facebook post to congratulate the winner.

“Congrats to you I’m next!” one person said.

“I told ya I love the airport,” another person commented.
