What is your plan for limiting the effects of inflation?

Cut inflation-causing government spending and unleash American energy production to lower costs at the pump.

What is the federal government’s role in controlling or ending the COVID-19 pandemic?

I supported Operation Warp Speed’s vaccines and introduced updates to our PPE stockpile. Through this, the government ensured availability of treatments and vaccines. Instead of mandates, the government should now focus on holding China accountable and ensuring we are prepared for a future pandemic.

What is the federal government’s role in combating the effects of climate change?

As an avid outdoorsman and dad, I want to make sure we are good stewards and leave our communities better than we found them. That’s why I’m a founding member of the Conservative Climate Caucus to champion commonsense solutions that address our climate without bankrupting our economy.

What is your plan for reducing violent crime?

We must fund the police and those who keep us safe while keeping criminals off the streets by ending soft-on-crime policies. We must also pass my Conceal Carry Reciprocity Act to ensure law-abiding citizens can exercise their Second Amendment rights and protect themselves.

What should happen if Roe v. Wade is overturned?

States should be able to determine the policies best for their citizens.

Is there an area where you disagree with your party? Why?

Republicans have solutions to stop inflation, secure our border, expand our energy independence, protect our national security and our allies, defend our rights like the Second Amendment and keep our communities safe. I want to earn your support to continue fighting for our region, state and nation.

What are your top issues? Pick up to three.

Economy and jobs

Guns

Debt and spending
