What could you do, if elected, to help make the justice system more equitable or accessible?
Equity dictates that we consider these factors when trying to find the most appropriate outcome for both defendants and victims. As a judge I will dig below the surface to discover the most equitable resolution in each case.
Tell us about a specific event in your legal career of which you are most proud.
I recently connected with a client I represented when he was just 17 years old. He attributed his success as a Realtor to the guidance I provided to him during his legal troubles. This recent encounter reminds me that, as an attorney, I can impact young people in a meaningful way.
