Jean Olson: Not responsible for road rage

In reference to the March 19 news article “States to ‘slowpoke’ drivers: Move over!”: If I drive 5 mph over the speed limit, and I am in the left lane or stuck there, I am supposed to move over to the right lane so other drivers can go 10-plus mph over the speed limit and their rage is my fault? I am responsible for their anger being out of control?
