Man shot on Vardaman Street in Raleigh
Raleigh police are investigating a shooting that happened near downtown Raleigh on Tuesday.
Police were called to the 700 block of Vardaman Street at about 5:04 p.m. on Tuesday.
When they arrived, officers found one man with a gunshot wound who was transported to WakeMed with injuries that did not appear to be life threatening.
No other information was immediately available.
