In one of its biggest local giveaways yet, sandwich giant Chick-Fil-A is offering free sandwiches next week in the Triangle.

Chick-Fil-A locations in the Greater Triangle will offer one free chicken sandwich or chicken biscuit from Jan. 20-25 for diners ordering through the app.

“We’re thrilled to celebrate the new year by inviting our Guests to a enjoy complimentary entrée on us,” said Nate MacDonald, owner-operator of Chick-fil-A Chapel Hill University Place and Chick-fil-A Renaissance Village. “Treating Guests to a delicious biscuit or sandwich is our way of showing gratitude to the incredible community that supports us.”

To claim a free chicken sandwich or chicken biscuit, log in or create an account in the Chick-Fil-A app and select a participating restaurant. A chicken sandwich is typically $5 and a chicken biscuit is $3.89.

Triangle locations of Chick-Fil-A are known for popular giveaways, with free food going to teachers and military service members. This giveaway is open to all diners.
