The new business will span 13,000 square feet, offering eight Trackman-equipped simulator bays, food and beverages, a cocktail lounge and outdoor patio, and amenities such as bag storage, merchandise, lessons and locker rooms.
Intown is expected to open in Raleigh this year. The business has one other North Carolina location in Charlotte.
