Cary police say 1 person shot at McDonald’s on Monday night

Cary police are investigating after a person was shot at a McDonald’s on Monday night.

Police were dispatched around 9:51 p.m. to 4980 Cary Glen Blvd, after a call reporting a person being shot.

The person was taken to the hospital and is in stable but serious condition, police said.

Police declined to comment on the identity or motive of the suspect, and said the investigation is ongoing.
