Lenovo Center Watch Party
The best place to watch the Canes take on the Vegas Golden Knights is arguably live, in-person at the Lenovo Center. But tickets are sold out, with the cheapest resale tickets around $1,000, The News & Observer previously reported.
For home games, the Canes will set up screens on the South Plaza of the Lenovo Center for fans without tickets. Ahead of Game 2, Dan + Shay will headline a free pregame concert beginning at 5:30 p.m.
The watch party doesn’t require a ticket. Food and beverages will be available for purchase, and fans will have to pay for on-site parking. Outside food and drinks and chairs are not allowed, and restrooms will be available.
For away games, the Lenovo Center will host watch parties in the arena for $10 a ticket, with proceeds going to the Carolina Hurricanes Foundation.
Details for watch parties for Game 5 and 7 will be confirmed at a later date, according to a Hurricanes news release. Find full details available online at nhl.com/hurricanes/fans/watch-parties.
Moore Square
Downtown Raleigh Alliance and the city of Raleigh are hosting official Carolina Hurricanes Watch Parties at Moore Square (200 S. Blount St., Raleigh). The square will open at 7 p.m. and puck drop at 8 p.m. on Thursday, June 4.
Beer, food and wine will be available for purchase, and people are encouraged to bring a blanket or chair.
Carolina Ale House
The Carolina Ale House hosts official viewing parties at its Cary location (2240 Walnut St., Cary), and the parties include appearances from Stormy, the Canes mascot, and the Canes Crew, along with eating contests, prizes, giveaways and drink specials.
Past playoff parties have included indoor viewings and outdoor viewings with large TVs and yard games. The games will also be shown in other Triangle Carolina Ale House locations. Details will be shared online: carolinaalehouse.com/canes.
The Rialto
The Rialto Theater (1620 Glenwood Ave., Raleigh) will hold watch parties for Games 2, 3 and 4 at the theater. Admission is free, and concessions will be available for purchase.
Several bars, restaurants and businesses are holding watch parties including The Corner Biergarten, Raleigh Flying Saucer, Sunflowers Cafe, Johnson Street Yacht Club, The Brass Tap, The Avenue, Bull Durham Bar at Washington Duke Inn & Golf Club and Lobby Lounge at the JB Duke Hotel, Bull McCabes and Sports & Social at Fenton.
