Someone set a fire early Wednesday in an Oran Avenue building where an April 22 fire was determined to be arson, firefighters said.
An Emergency Medical Services crew that was on a call in the area spotted the fire at 4211 Oran Ave. shortly before 4 a.m. by , Deputy Fire Chief Chris Iannuzzi said.
The fire was kept to one room in a second-floor apartment and was put out in about 10 minutes, Iannuzzi said.
The apartment in the two-story building has been vacant since the April fire, he added.
Investigators determined a few hours after Wednesday’s fire that it, too, was set.
There are two two-story apartment buildings on the site.
