Luxury fashion brand Chanel has plans to expand in Raleigh.

The retailer will open a new Chanel Fragrance and Beauty boutique at North Hills, a popular mixed-use development owned and managed by Kane Realty.

No specific opening date for Chanel Beauty has been announced for the store, but Hannah Smith, a marketing manager for Kane Realty, told The News & Observer in an email that it will likely open in early 2025.

A member of Chanel’s customer care team told The N&O via email that the brand does not have “any information on a new boutique opening” at North Hills.

Chanel Beauty will be located in the Main District at North Hills, at 4361 Lassiter at North Hills Ave. It will be between Peter Millar and Fink’s Jewelers.

The boutique will stock “the latest fragrance, makeup and skincare, along with exclusive products and sunglasses,” according to the North Hills directory.

There is one Chanel Fragrance and Beauty boutique in North Carolina, according to Chanel’s website. It is located at SouthPark in Charlotte.

Chanel’s beauty products are also sold at retailers including Ulta Beauty and Sephora.

More restaurants & retail coming to North Hills

The popular dessert shop Captain Cookie & the Milk Man recently opened in the Lassiter District, and an 18-story Class A office tower continues to attract tenants, The N&O previously reported.

Several other businesses are opening at North Hills:
