We checked sale prices at 11 Raleigh grocery stores to find top deals this week

Savvy Triangle grocery shoppers know to check a store’s weekly deals when they’re planning a trip to a local grocery store.

In addition to signing up for loyalty programs and clipping coupons, it’s one of the ways customers can save money on food purchases.

To make grocery shopping more convenient, The News & Observer compiled a list of limited-time offers at popular stores in the Triangle area, organized by department and store.

This week, multiple grocers are lowering prices on shrimp, chicken breasts, berries, mandarin oranges, avocados, Chobani yogurt, and Coca-Cola and Pepsi products.

This is not a complete list of available deals at Raleigh-area grocery stores, but rather a sampling of the discounts. Links to each store’s weekly flyer are provided at the end of the story.

Not all grocery stores with Triangle locations are listed. Trader Joe’s, for example, does not offer weekly savings on select items.

Prices may vary by store, and not all locations may be discounting the same items. Also, membership to a rewards program or a digital coupon may be required to pay the discounted prices.

Prices are valid Wednesday, April 8 through Tuesday, April 14.
