This week’s Price Point is swinging to the other side of the pendulum.
After showing you some properties that sold for the bargain-basement price of $140K in the Triangle last week — nothing that was really in move-in condition — we’re now upping the ante.
Today, we looked at homes that sold recently for around $645,000, and found choices in Cary, Garner and Raleigh.
