This week’s Price Point looked at homes that sold recently for around $1,000,000, and found choices in downtown Raleigh and Apex. Two are brand-new builds, while the other is a renovated ranch-style home in one of Raleigh’s most coveted neighborhoods.

Built in 2022, this three-story home with rooftop terrace is in the Caraleigh Commons neighborhood in downtown Raleigh. It’s walkable to Dix Park, the Warehouse District and the upcoming Park City.

The 2,611-square-foot home offers an open common area, hardwood, quartz countertops, 10-foot center island, as well as other custom features like a shiplap wall and “soft-close” cabinets.
