Aging experts encourage people to plan ahead to help with making tough decisions later in life. The News & Observer’s guide aims to help. I spent months interviewing experts, talking to community members and researching senior care options to try and clarify that confusion in a new guide to senior care facilities in Triangle. It’s chock-full of concrete steps you can take now, and I hope it helps alleviate some of that stress.
