“Our goal is to create a space that feels welcoming, empowering, and inclusive for everyone, while giving back to the community that’s given us so much,” Myers said in a news release.

Offering 50-minute, full-body workouts, the 2,790-square-foot North Hills studio features 16 custom reformers.

Jetset’s classes combine strength, cardio and Pilates-inspired movements.

Myers and Aquilino have plans to continue expanding Jetset’s footprint across the Triangle, according to the news release.

“Renee and Katie represent the heart of what makes Jetset Pilates so special,” Bert Albertse, CEO of Jetset Pilates, said in a news release. “Their dedication to their community and to building a welcoming environment aligns perfectly with our mission of providing communities with an inspirational and accessible Pilates workout. North Hills is the perfect next step in their Jetset journey.”

At North Hills, Jetset joins several other gyms and fitness studios including Fitness Connection Gym, Dose Yoga + Smoothie Bar, HomeTurf, Orangetheory Fitness, Midtown Yoga and Pure Barre.

Located between Orangetheory and Arrow Haircuts at 200 Park at North Hills St. in the Park District, the studio’s grand opening is scheduled for 4-6 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 10.

In addition to the two existing Triangle locations and the North Hills studio, Jetset has North Carolina studios in Charlotte and Huntersville. It is also expanding in the Triangle, with a forthcoming location at Horseshoe at Hub RTP at Research Triangle Park, according to Jetset’s website.
